賀泉，1958年1月生 ，漢族，藝名，泉聲，號閑鶴散人，又稱南國古城山人，安徽省宿松縣南國古城(趾鳳鄉(xiāng)月丹村)人，碩士學(xué)歷，松鳳堂堂主。
自幼酷愛書畫藝術(shù)，青少年時期，拜著名書畫家王老前輩鶴齡先生為師，學(xué)習(xí)書法及中國畫的基礎(chǔ)技法，后師從劉老前輩樓堡先生、蘇老前輩炳谷先生、賴?yán)锨拜吷禀?即：少其)先生和趙老前輩樸初大師學(xué)習(xí)書畫;作品曾先后在江蘇無錫、深圳、香港和臺灣地區(qū)展出;無錫市都市資訊、上海資訊網(wǎng)、海峽書畫藝術(shù)網(wǎng)、深圳商報、寶安日報、央視網(wǎng)、人民網(wǎng)、朝聞天下、大眾網(wǎng)、鳳凰網(wǎng)、榮寶齋(中國書畫文化報)、香港美術(shù)報、香港藝術(shù)家報、中國書畫網(wǎng)、人民美術(shù)報、中國收藏網(wǎng)和中國書畫傳媒中心等50多家媒體報刊均有報道，很多作品均由文化部文化藝術(shù)人才中心主編、中央文獻(xiàn)出版社出版的《一代書畫大師》《70年七大家》、中國藝術(shù)博覽雜志社出版的《走近藝術(shù)大師》、中國文聯(lián)出版社《世紀(jì)輝煌》、中國文化出版社《名家名作》和中國企業(yè)報道——中企報盟信息科研院出版的“盛世中國”書畫界最具貢獻(xiàn)人物獻(xiàn)禮建國65周年和中國商貿(mào)等刊物及雜志所收錄，部分書畫作品在臺灣林氏、新加坡曾氏、澳大利亞華人朱升榮先生、旅美華人陳趙同先生等收藏家所收藏;作品《春之韻》己被人民大會堂收藏。
現(xiàn)為：中國松鳳堂書畫研究院院長，安徽省趙樸初研究會會員，中國美術(shù)名家聯(lián)合會理事，中國國際藝術(shù)家協(xié)會理事、中國國際現(xiàn)代藝術(shù)研究中心終身藝術(shù)顧問，中國香港美術(shù)家協(xié)會會員，中國書畫文化研究院、中國書法家美術(shù)家協(xié)會理事，人民藝術(shù)家書畫院理事，人民美術(shù)報理事會副主席，中國翰林院書畫家協(xié)會副會長，香港國際華人書畫家協(xié)會、廣東省分會副主席。
